What's your regular delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the order quantity.
For small orders, the parcel will be shipped by air, such as UPS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT, etc.The delivery lead time will be about 5~8 days when ship via air.
For big cargo, the cargo will be shipped via ocean.
You also can ask your forwarder come to pick up parcel and freight collected.
what's your payment way?
We accept T/T for normally orders. If your order quantity is bigger, we also accept L/C payment. For trail orders, Paypal and West Union is also acceptable.
How can we do customized products?
Send us your samples or your draft size. We can make the products according to your samples or draft. If you want to make your logo on the products, we can make them for you. And we can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
How can we visiting your factory?
Firstly, welcome visiting our factory. We will pick you up at Jinan airport or railway station, Then it will take about 2 hours drive.
Is there any exhibition you attend every year?
We attend the Automechnika Shanghai every year. We will show the silicone hose in our booth. You can visiting us and take a look of our products.
Do you provide samples？
Yes. We provide free samples for customers.
